ABOUT BEARTOOTH MOUNTAIN GUIDES
Whether it be a hike in the foothills, an alpine rock climb or an expedition to Granite Peak, it is our passion to share the mountain experience with you.
The Beartooth mountains are wild and remote.
Therefore, they offer some of the best terrain in the region for backcountry skiing, ice & rock climbing, mountaineering, and backpacking.
The Beartooth plateau is just outside of Yellowstone and creates a dramatic change in landscape.
Red Lodge and Cooke City are gateways for Yellowstone Nationalpark and the Beartooth mountains. Our office is an hour south west of Billings, Montana, an hour north of Cody, Wyoming and 2 1/2 hours south east of Bozeman, Montana.
Cross Country Skiing
Explore the foothills of the Beartooth mountains just out of Red Lodge, Montana while being on ski! Our day offerings are perfect for beginners and families.
