Yoga
Yoga and rock climbing go hand in hand in terms of combining strength, balance and breathing, in order to move the body calmly and efficiently. During this retreat, Nico will start each day with a warm-up before climbing to get your mind and body ready to hop on the rock. We will end each day with an hour and a half long vin-yin yoga class to stretch out our muscles and wind down after climbing.
