During this retreat, Nico will start each day with a warm-up before climbing to get your mind and body ready to hop on the rock. We will end each day with an hour and a half long vin-yin yoga class to stretch out our muscles and wind down after climbing.

"This workshop renewed my love for climbing that had been lost due to fear and lack of female partners. Anju provided excellent strategies both on and off the rock to find the balance between comfort and learning. While Nico grounded us through movement and discussion in the evenings. Red Lodge is the perfect setting for this trip, offering lots of options for grades and climbs, with incredible views. Would recommend this to any femme identifying climbers who are looking to find their center again! "
