The belief in what is possible, ignoring norms and the love of the challenging mountains have, and still are shaping my coaching and personal journey. In our sessions you will recognize behaviors, thoughts and emotions that influence your path and decisions. You will have the room to challenge your perspectives and change the narrative yourself.

After having passed my performance evaluation with the International Coaching Federation, I am acquiring more coaching hours for my final certification "Associate Professional Coach". In this forming phase I am taking new clients via Videocall until December 2026 for a discounted rate between $60 - $120/ hr based on a sliding scale.

Emerging women - you feel stuck or uncertain about career plans. You want to do more sport or try new things, but it is not happening? We will explore your dreams and strengths and find the braveness, confidence and self-empowerment to make your change happen.
Professional leaders - your tackling a lot: big work loads, managing people and taking responsibility. You want to make the best decisions and work with the talent you have. In our sessions we find ways how to embrace difficult conversations and make decisions feel fair by staying true to your values and unique strengths.
Independent leaders - you are a master of self-discipline and intrinsic motivation, right? But sometimes you're not sure if you have lost your goal or the mission of your work. I'll help you gain clarity and an action plan while prioritizing your most urging issues.
