This course is typically 2 days long and starts with a day near Red Lodge, learning skills on the ground and applying them to shorter, 2-pitch climbs. Day 2 takes us to East Rosebud, where students can apply skills learned the day before on the classic 5 pitch 5.8, The Ramp. Here, they can employ new tactics under the supervision of a guide. The goal of this course is to provide participants with the skills needed to safely climb multi-pitch routes and manage longer descents on their own.
