Elise Marquette

Elise has lived in Red Lodge since 2020 and she is so grateful for all the time she has had to spend learning these mountains she calls home. Guiding hiking and backpacking trips is a newfound passion to help others explore the beautiful Beartooth Wilderness. 

Elise is an avid backpacker and lover of all outdoor activities. She has been recreating in the outdoors in Colorado where she grew up since she was very young, and her love of the outdoors grows every day. In the winter months, you can find Elise teaching ski lessons, cross-country and downhill skiing and newly learning ski touring in the backcountry. When the weather is warmer she loves to hike, trail run, bike, and backpack. Throughout the year Elise also teaches and practices yoga. Finding inner stillness and mobility on a yoga mat has made her better equipped to endure long days exploring and enjoying the outdoors.
