Course Details
This advanced course is designed to help experienced ice climbers refine technical skills and advanced movement. This course is generally more focused to the specific goals of the participant(s), whether that be lead climbing, steep ice/mixed, or something else. Course locations vary depending on conditions and goals; expect to see some of the most spectacular venues in Montana and Wyoming.

This course is 2 days long and starts with goal setting prior to the course start. Based on participant objectives, course locations may be in or near Red Lodge, MT or Cody, WY. Day 1 typically takes us to a location where we can focus on movement techniques or leading. On day 2, participants have the option to climb a longer multi-pitch route, applying skills from day 1. The main goal of this course is to help climbers progress with their ice climbing movement and confidence, allowing them to climb multi-pitch ice, vertical ice, and mixed terrain.
