Course Description
This course is meant to provide a welcoming and safe space for women and genderqueer folks to learn the basics of ice climbing. Based out of Red Lodge, we will go over movement, equipment and preparation for a day on ice. Rental equipment (Tools, harness, crampons, helmets) is available and included in this course. Not included/ available are: Ice Climbing boots. These are stiff and clip-on crampon-compatible boots or alternatively ski boots. Cost is $275 + processing fees (3%). The course has happened in the previous years at Hellroaring Falls and this year we will go to Rock Creek Falls. Be prepared to walk for 1 hour in snow on uneven ground and bring appropriate clothing for a day in the cold.

Cancellation Policy
The 2.9% credit card processing fee is not refundable. In the event of a cancellation 31 days or more before your upcoming trip, Beartooth Mountain Guides refunds your entire deposit, apart from processing fees. 30-14 days in advance of your upcoming trip, Beartooth Mountain Guides refunds 50% of trip cost. Within 14 days, no refunds are accepted. Remaining costs are due one month prior to trip start date. Travel insurance, such as Travel Guard or World Nomads, is highly recommended to protect the cost of your trip in the event of a last minute cancellation.
